1. Artificial coloring

The treats are a nest artificial dyes that can cause nausea, blood disorders and headaches.

2. The refined white flour

White bread is incomplete? Actually, yes. It contains refined flour, which increases the glycemic index of your body and provides little nutrients.

3. The glucose-fructose

Also known as corn syrup high fructose is found in many foods such as cold cuts evacuated or ham. May increase the risk of type 2 diabetes and an exaggerated consumption can cause liver damage.

4. Artificial sweeteners

8. Sodium nitrate

Sodium nitrate is a food additive in industrial meats, such as bacon or hotdog. Excessive consumption may cause risk of hyperactivity, insomnia, loss of power or colorectal cancer.

9. Sodium benzoate

Sodium benzoate is a chemical preservative which is used to limit the growth of bacteria in foods, such as pastries, fruit and soft drinks. Deprives our cells of oxygen and weakens the immune system.

10. Sulfites

Sulfites are food additives used to give color to food. They are also used to extend the shelf life of many food products such as canned fruits, frozen chips or even soy products. They are also used in wine to stabilize it. Sulfites can cause allergic reactions in the face, eyes and tongue.
